Take a deep breath and sip on this: OurFaves is going wine tasting! Hosted at the local, green-friendly Café Taste with Jeremy Day, owner and our fave “wine geek,” we hope you can make it for a night of palatable picks.
Guests can look forward to Jeremy’s personal selection of four premium Ontario wines paired with four premium Ontario/Quebec cheeses. It begins with a tutored tasting, guided by Jeremy himself, that will cover how to taste, how to pair with the cheese, and appraisal of both. What follows afterward is what will be everyone’s fave part of all — a free-pour to finish all the wonderful local wines we’ve tasted, accompanied by complementary bread, oil and balsamic, veggie platters and a special film showing to close the last few days at TIFF.
Cover charge for this exclusive one-of-a-kind event is $30 per person, send your RSVP to frances@ourfaves.com.
