Thanks for celebrating with us!

Last night’s OurFaves birthday party at the Gladstone was better than we ever could have expected. Thanks so much everyone who came out to make it a truly memorable and exceptionally Torontotastic night. From members of our OurFaves community – users, staff, and partners – to friends, supporters, and civic-minded, creative, web tasarım and innovative folks from the arts, media, technology, and biz, the night was truly a celebration of so much of what makes our city great.

Over the next few days, watch this space for the products of creative documentarians like video artist Mark McKay, photographer Yvonne Bambrick, and new-style cartoonists Jesse and Ba from Bitstrips. They were all on the scene capturing the fun, and we can’t wait to see the results.

Thanks to them, as well as to our generous sponsors and gracious volunteer collaborators – the party just wouldn’t have been the same without them: The Gladstone, She Takes the Cake, Steam Whistle, Crumpler Canada, Media Lab Toronto, Spacing, Gary and Mark from These Electric Lives, Fred’s not Here, Utopia, and Pantry. And a thousand thanks to all the staff at the Gladstone who were stand-out amazing, as well as to all the volunteers who helped keep things running smoothly.

We hope you had a great time too! And we hope to do it again sometime. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for making our site, and this city, so great.
